Visited this place for a banh mi and it was absolutely outstanding. I ordered the duck banh mi — slightly pricier, but definitely worth it. The bread was fresh, hot, and perfectly crispy, the duck was tender, juicy, and not too fatty, and the vegetables were crisp and fresh. The sauce tied everything together beautifully with rich umami flavour. I’ve tried many banh mi spots across Sydney, and this one is definitely among the best. Highly recommended!

Easily the best bánh mi in Castle Towers! Located in the Level 3 foodcourt, the store offers Bánh Mis, Bao buns and fresh juices. All ingredients are freshly made on the spot- you can smell the baked bread! Additionally, staff were attentive, polite and aimable: great service! I ordered the vegetarian tofu bánh mi. They wrote my name on the packaging- how cute! It did not disappoint: a huge Vienna bread with egg mayo, cucumber, carrot, purple raddish, coriander, onion, shallot and chilli. A bit spicy, but so good! All for $9.90.

This was the first time that I had eaten at this place. I found a pork crispy rolled to be very nice very tasty and they have a secret source that they use compared to other places that make the same type of food would be nice to have a more soft bread roll but I didn't specify. Also a few of their other items would have been nice. If they're on display, I wasn't able to Gauge what size the food was before ordering. They have a wide selection of drinks. And I have some nice tasty food service was good.Price was good

After seeing some mixed reviews online, we thought we’d give it a try and we’re so glad we did. The rolls were fresh and packed with plenty of vegetables, along with lovely pieces of tofu. Overall, it was a satisfying and tasty experience that exceeded our expectations. Give this place a go!!

Having been to Vietnam and spent a full month there, and loving their food and kept people, I was happy to see Banh Mi Bao, which I immediately identified as Vietnamese, as they serve typical food from there, banh mi sandwiches & steamed buns. It's possible to get them both filled with chicken, pork, tofu, duck Menu is clear, it's easy to choose To eat I had a duck steamed bun, and a chicken banh mi And to drink I had sugar cane juice (which is hard to find in Australia, pity, one of my favorite drinks) and coconut juice (they also have Vietnamese iced coffee for the coffee drinks out there, the country is famous for that too) All felt fresh and yummy And the team is friendly Recommended!

I write this as I've just put down a bahn mi and am drinking a Vietnamese iced coffee. I've eaten here well over 5 times, easily one of The Best places for a crispy pork bahn mi and a Vietnamese iced coffee. You want to savour ever bite but also destroy the whole thing in one go! Service is always great and fast, staff are always friendly, food is always tasty. Cost is absolutely well priced for what you get! I almost never want to eat anywhere else when I'm at Castle Towers.
